Is no reason why in an urgent car facility make a 14 year old kid with a broken ankle wait over hour and thirty minutes because somebody is in a brake and a asistente nurse have a big ego

Terrible discriminative service
The receptionist made us wait for over 2 hours because my son had a broken ankle. We have visited this place before for urgent care, and this time, the guy said he could not find our insurance.
He was certainly there and even told us he was taking a break and leaving. Awhile later, a nurse assistant was very rude, telling me I needed to take a seat after I finally made contact with the insurance agent who confirmed everything was correct. She said the guy was on a break and she could do nothing to assist and I needed to leave the premises.
The treatment was rude and discriminatory, as they treated us like ignorants. Terrible service, better not to go there ever.
