I ordered a BIRTHDAY cake for my wife a few days ago. I called and spoke to one of your agents. She confirmed the address, and added a note for the delivery driver to CALL ME BEFORE THE DELIVERY. >>> this order was delivered to the WRONG ADDRESS.With NO PHONE CALL. Fine. I retrieved the cake today for my wifes birthday celebration - imagine my surprise when I see this absolute HORROR SHOW inside the box when I opened it. WHAT THE HECK IS THIS? See the attached photos. So... upon calling Piece of Cake today, I was informed nobody was in the office (10am???) but the one agent I talked to. I was told to 'call back tomorrow'. It is clear these people are not equipped to handle fails in their process. Furthermore, the lack of customer care when it came to a botched birthday cake is glaring.

The scheduled order was not available for pick up and still I was charged.Issue was orders placed at midnight is not received by store next day and the confusion I was explained and money returned.

The gentleman there had DIRTY and I mean DIRTY Fingernails. No gloves..what??? Also, their power was done and customer service was horrible on line and in store. Said they closed at 5, when they really closed at 6, sat on their big, fat lazy behind and could care less that they could only take cash and I only had a debit card. Rude. They have gotten too big and customer service is out the window. I want to be compensated for my gas, time - all of that. I deserve it. I have patronized them for over 10 years. really? Not any more. I won't deal with filth and bad behaviors and horrible customer service.

Cake not available for pick up at Kennesaw location

Ordered cake online to be picked up at their Kennesaw, Ga. location. Store opened at 12 on Sunday. I was there at 12 b/c I had a lunch to go to where I needed to bring the cake. Called their customer service number after waiting 20 minutes. They apologized and were going to try to make some calls to find out what is going on. Waited until 12:45 and I had to call customer service back. She said that she called the owner but she could not help b/c she was bording a plane. She took my name and number and said the owner would be reaching out to me. It has been a month and nothing! I had to cancel the order so I would not be charged then go to Publix and pick up a birthday cake. What a dissappointment! I have been going to Piece of Cake for years-not anymore who is to say it would not happen again?????????

"Good" Karma

Piece of cake is a bakery on new dorp lane, in Staten Island New York. And is also the place I am complaining about. Every time me and my family go there they never give u a receipt. Btw they only take cash so I'd love for the IRS to visit this place! Anyway yeah the girls are super *** and rude , uneducated and typical Staten Island ***. And I usually don't complain about food but the one time I did was when I almost choked on a piece of plastic in my bread!!!!!! And I told the girl thinking she would replace it or say she's sorry, she looked at my like I was lying. And still charged me for it!!!! And then after my and my mother and sister went there for a snack and the girl claims my mom and sister left without paying which was false!!!!! She wanted to rip us off , cause they don't hand out receipts!!!!! I will not support a business run by poor customer service and nasty people. It's funny too how they have a tip jar saying "good karma " and they treat their customers like pure ***!!!!
