Original review Feb 10, 2026
Hello,
I am writing regarding my paid PicWish subscription.
I originally purchased a yearly Professional plan on February 9, 202* (*** credits/month).
In November 2025, PicWish offered a limited-time yearly plan that provided 800 credits per month for one year. I purchased this plan in full.
In December 2025 and January 2026, my account received 800 credits per month, confirming that the plan was correctly activated.
However, on February 9, 2026, my subscription was automatically reverted to 450 credits per month without any notice or consent, despite the 800-credit plan already being paid for.
I am not requesting a refund. I am requesting that the paid subscription terms be honored and the 800 credits/month restored for the remainder of the paid year, or a written explanation of why the paid terms were changed.
Please treat this as a formal billing complaint.

Preferred solution: I am requesting that the paid subscription terms be honored and the 800 credits/month restored for the remainder of the paid year, or a written explanation of why the paid terms were changed.
