I ordered custom guitar picks and what I got were nothing like what I ordered. The coloring is way off, really not even close to what it should print like.

The print is slightly fuzzy and just sucks. I tired to get a return and had to leave a message for this Chris guy. Well this guy takes 2 WEEKS to retunr my call. I have to try over and over, leaving messages.

Finally he tells me he won't to the return because too much time past! this isn't my fault it's his. I'm so mad because I spent a lot of money on these picks and now have to scrounge up more cash to go to a better custom printed guitar pick manufacturer.

These guys are crooks who don't care about their customers. I hate Pickworld and will never shop there again, I warn all people to not go with Pickworld.

I thought I would try to save a few dollars because I had ordered Steve Clayton picks before I thought while they were of excellent quality, maybe I could save a few dollars with Pickworld. BIG MISTAKE.

First off the quality wasn't even near the Clayton picks. The print is fuzzy and the coloring is not even close, it's like all the blues are green and all the purples are muddy. Second the customer service is absolutely wretched. 2 weeks to respond to my complaint and then to be told, I didn't order anything!

I couldn't' believe it. I was forced to do a charge back because they wouldn't acknowledge my order.

If you want quality picks and want them to be replaced when printed wrong, don't go to pickworld. Im going back to Clayton, I'd rather pay a little more to know I'm getting quality picks so I don't even have to complain in the first place.
