Puzzle pièce missing
I received my puzzle and we made it last Friday. There's a piece missing; we just opened the box that day and the plastic bag was open.
The puzzle is very nice, but for the price, I like to have all the pieces.

I realized that I was missing 3 pieces from the border but figured that I would find them with other pieces. Now I am finished with all my available pieces, and the puzzle is missing 5 pieces from the completed puzzle! I also tore my room apart looking for them; I did not drop or misplace them.

Lack of communication
Ive written several times with a simple question and cant get a reply from anyone . Prices are higher than others

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. The puzzle was a gift and so I contacted the person who gave us the puzzle and she said she didn't have the information that PickforU was requesting.So unless I was able to get that info they couldn't help me. I wasn't completely satisfied but they at least responded.
We received as a gift from a church friend the National Parks puzzle. It was shipped to us my amazon.
When we got it all put together it is missing 1 peice in the Great Basin square.
Is there a way to get a piece as I really want to frame this puzzle.
I'm going to attempt to attach a phone of the puzzle in hopes that helps you send us a missing piece.
I can't seem to open the attachment hopefully you can.
