New Reviewer

I ordered a tablet in April of this year which arrived in non working condition. I returned it to the only address supplied by their web site. it came back to me and i returned it again to the address they supplied to me, i now have the deliver receipt and still they will not refund my money, and will not even answer my emails that i have written about the status of the item. i know it was delivered, how can i get them to refund my money? i think at least they could respond with an acceptable excuse.
