Sales associate was rude disrespectful and unprofessional I brought a BB gun on 12/7/2022 at roxboro st location in Durham I couldnt use the gun until I ordered the 90gm co2 which I ordered on Amazon it came in 12/10/2022 I put the co2 in the and noticed that it wasnt working it had a leak I took the gun back trying to explain what my situation was sales manager told me I broke the gun I had my receipt he wouldnt exchange it or refund me my money we got into a big argument and he said *** you *** so now I will be looking for a attorney to prosecute if this wow your company conduct business I assure you that you will lose money and business that kind of service I paid $150 for the gun I will never shop at this store or any store that is Picasso I will post it on social media let people know what I experienced

I paid for somthing and couldn't get it. Now I'm out of 276$ they said didn't come off my car when I have the proof that it did !!

This place passes itself off as a high-end pawn shop which caters to wealthy people. However, this segment of the population would never deal with the low life *** who owns this business.

Bill Dawson is a crude, nasty, man with a pit bull attitude. It does not matter that you are a good, long-time customer; you are treated with indignity and disrespect. I have been grossly lied to and deliberately misled and even reported Bill Dawson to the police for harassment after he repeated called me yelling and cursing. This occurred after I accused him of unethical behavior and unfair business practices.

Beware and think twice before dealing with Picasso Pawn, particularly if you are a woman.

The male employees as well as the company in general apply a double standard when it comes to gender and take advantage of women. I am going to let WRAL.com and the North Carolina Attorney General handle it.
