It is not letting me progress to next lesson. And keep changing availability dates Suppose to do one every day

I'm taking 'New Piano Players Start Here.' It's supposed to have one session a day, but it's not letting me get to the next session in the 24-hour period indicated. I took lesson 3 on January 2 and at that time, it showed that lesson 4 would be available on January 3.

I logged on yesterday and lesson 4 wasn't accessible until January 4. This is the second time it did this. It also blocked me from lesson 3 after I'd already taken lessons 1 and 2.

Additionally, I called the help desk, but no one answered. I received a message saying, 'We are closed for New Year's Eve; we will return after the first.' Note that I called on January 3.

Preferred solution: Correction to the app/ web page that will allow me to progress on time. Actually I’d like it to let me go at my own pace and allow me to take multiple lessons the same day if I’m ready to move on.

I cancelled and pianote is still billing me. I went through the trouble of canceling for $39 so you bill me for $30!
