The fabric is soft and durable. The hood fits perfect. The inset pockets hold my wallet, keys and chapstick comfortably. I've washed it 3X already and it still looks like new.

I contacted the owner, at least she claimed to be the owner... She was so rude over the phone saying that I was being fraudulent. She talked over me and would not let me get a word in. She also said she was canceling the order and did not want my business....
Do not waste your time with this company, there are a lot better sites out there.
This is a scam don't waste your time or money. Cannot understand how someone in customer service, much less the "Owner" treat a customer so disrespectful.

Don't blame vendors and don't argue
- - Delivery couldn't be shipped to a work address; a money order was requested, policy claimed as posted, and the order was canceled with no money lost.
I wanted my delivery shipped to work, but their "security" vendor wouldn't allow them to ship to a location different than the billing address. They asked that I send in a money order.
I emailed them that if they could not adequately explain the service disconnect, I'd post an online review. Customer "service" argued with me about how their policy was posted (it wasn't, at least not obviously and a link was not provided) and that I would be sued for "slander" even though I wouldn't be lying about what happened.
Thankfully, they cancelled my credit transaction, or were unable to process it, so I didn't lose any money.
Bottom line: The *** argued with me and put store policy before getting a sale.

I ordered some shirts and shorts online from this store. When the items arrived they were all too big. I called the store and spoke to Frank the owner and he immediately went into his policy, yada yada. I told him I didn't want to return anything or want my money back, I just wanted to do an exchange. He told me to box up the items and send it back. Upon receiving the items they told me some of the items I was unable to return. They told me they were clearence items and there are no exchanges. (Don't try and guess your size from this place or you will be keeping that item) When all said was done and the exchange was complete I was told I would have to pay for shipping. I agreed and was charged $15. Then an email later said some of the items were backordered for 2 weeks. I could either wait for 2 weeks or select different colors. If your lucky and you get your stuff and it's a perfect fit then you win! But if the size is incorrect, then your in for more money, a few phone conversations, items listed in the site but are backordered, time lost, and just enough to make you say, ok just send me what you got so I can move on with my life. This is not a simple store that will do exchanges. ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS. I'm moving on to another site that sells workout clothing
