Traveling through Chicago this past summer, I wasnt feeling well so scheduled an appointment with Physicians Immediate Care. When I checked in, I stood at the front desk for a few minutes before the receptionist even acknowledged me. Not the friendliest person in the world & I was hoping the doctors were nicer. Completed my paperwork and wait about 5 minutes before being called back. I wasnt in the exam room too long before the doctor came in, we discussed my symptoms, she listened to my lungs & said shed write a RX. I leave, pay my bill of $165 and leave. Three months later, I get a text message saying I owe them and $271. Thinking its spam, I ignore it then a month later, received another. I finally called them and they said it was a billing error and would adjust the account & make note of it. Lets hope they do. I had no choice but to go there because I was traveling but looking at the other reviews, Id suggest to anyone that has other options available in Chicago to go elsewhere.
