System will not setup and have been on hold for over an hour trying to speak with someone. Ridiculous, there's no reasonable support.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. A Phyn customer service rep, responding to the message sent via pissedconsumer.com, sent instructions and reset my password which permitted me to establish a password of my own choosing. (The problem I was having was that the "password reset" function in the Phyn phone app was not working and I was unable to find a mechanism to contact customer service.)

I've forgotten my password to login to my Phyn app on my iPhone. When I initiate the process to reset the password, I enter the 6 digit code that was sent via SMS, a new password, then click the "next" button but then receive the message "There was an error trying to update your account.

3" ... with no further instructions. I've made the password reset attempt several times with the same result each time. How do I proceed to get my password reset?

In addition, it's virtually impossible to find a way to directly communicate with the company!

... no support email; no support "chat"'; no support phone number, etc.

Preferred solution: A response on how to deal with the password reset function not working (i.e. I'd like to be able to reset my password!)

Never heard of them. You violated site protocol by listing your name and contact information in the post and have been reported to the webmaster for removal or redaction.

Write passwords on an index card and keep a little file box somewhere away from the computer.

The weakest ink beats the strongest memory. No excuse for losing or forgetting passwords.
