Can't get Support

Photoshop Essentials has tutorials that teach various aspects of Photoshop. They are in the form of PDFs that can be printed-out. Printing them is necessary so you can follow the tutorial and do the work on the computer. Suddenly, the PDFs won't print - the document has a problem. I tried other PDFs on the site and I get the same result. Also, if I download a PDF tutorial and attempt to print it, I can't. Steve Patterson is the go-to-man who won't respond to my request for help either by email or his support page. In the past, in order to get him to respond, I had to threaten writing complaints online.

I made a mistake listing this company. The fault turned out to be in my software, Acrobat9 Professional, not Photoshop Essentials. In fact, their tutorials are excellent and largely responsible for being a graphics designer.

If anyone can tell me how to delete this complaint, I would be thankful.
