Can't get anyone to help me. No real people to talk to and email respons can take up to one business day. If you're trying to sell photos or share them, a day of waiting is eternity.

User's recommendation: Don't use this website if you need real time solutions

Really poor customer support

AI Highlights
  • - No live support contact or direct phone number on site.
  • - Duplicate account causes complications.
  • - Phone menu leads to sales or billing, then FAQs.

It's impossible to connect with a live person.

I apparently have a duplicate account which has caused a lot of complications. No customer support number is provided on their website so I googled it.

When I called, I got a choice of sales, billing or dial by extension. Billing didn't answer the phone and the voice message referred back to the website FAQs.

There is a link lon the website to submit a support ticket. When I submitted the ticket, I was told that if I share my issue with the PhotoShelter community, I'd have a better chance of getting a response to my ticket!

After submitting the ticket, they also provided a customer support phone number - which turned out to be the one above that refers back to the FAQs page! The sound you hear is my teeth grinding!

AI Highlights
  • - I accidentally paid $540 to Photoshelter.
  • - I have used Photoshelter since they started.
  • - They won't refund or reverse the $540 charge.

I mistakenly made a payment of $540 to Photoshelter. This is a service I use for photography.

I have used there services since they started. I still use them but they will not budge on giving me a refund.

I'm out $540. Photoshelter refuses to reverse the charge.

User's recommendation: Photoshelters policy is no reimbursements, not even for long time users of their services.
