Verified ReviewerResolved: Bill over pay
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
Refund money I overpaid. Attached is proof that I paid more without knowing.
On February, I purchased a premium subscription for 90 days for $15. You took $16.50. It was supposed to expire in May, so when I went back to use the app, it wouldn't let me use the app until I paid another $15 for the 90 days. I went ahead and paid another $16.50.
So either refund the money or extend the use of the premium until August 2025 since I basically paid twice.
Please check my app and automatically set it until August 2025. Thank you.
- I love it but i need to result this asap
- Dont see any cons on theapp but theover pay
Preferred solution: EVEN A FULL REFUND FOR MARCH OR EXTEND THE USE OF PREMIUM TILL AUGUST SINCE I OVER PAY

Verified ReviewerCan't edit my document anymore
I used Photopea to make a CV from scratch, very pleased with the program. Now I'm switching jobs I need to update my CV, and I can't figure out why I can't edit my document.
Instead of all the individual text and shape elements I arranged into folders, now there is only one element named 'Bitmap'.
I don't know what a bitmap is, I don't know how and why this happened, all I know is it'll take hours to recreate my CV. Please help.

Verified ReviewerResolved: Trouble With sizing
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Technical issues were not quite addressed. But on furthur questioning, I got the answers I needed
somewhat adequate and dissatisfied that I didn't get an answer to my question that I really needed.
(coffee mug specifics for uploading to prinitfy@ 2700 pixels width by 1119 pixels height or in inches @ 9 inches X 3.73 inchesx @ 300 DPI)
I typed in 2770 W X 1119 H then typed 300 DPI.
when I typed 300 DPI, the Width and height automatically changes to something else. Also when I've typed 2700 X 1119, when I put any number in the DPI slot, the Width and Height go to either 2700 X 2700 or 1119 X 1119.
I can never get exactly what I need to then send to printify to start my online product business.
Is there any way you could detail what I can do to fix this problem. I would greatly appreciate your help.Thank you.
