Hi there, I have absolutely no idea how to apply my purchased animated logo over an image in photoshop. I have tried a number of things but all I get is a transparent layer playing - not the logo over the photo. Please help! I also wasn't able to send you a message via your contact form - it was greyed out

Scam. Poor Quality.
The ugliest design I've ever seen. Sloppy. Slow. Horrible service. Completely unprofessional, could never use their "design". Customer service is non existent of which you have to chat through a website on delay. Policy is no refunds and no revisions. So you get whatever their AI system slops down.
