Sold wrong product after advising with model number, kept returned item then refused and exchange or refund

Shocking service, sold the wrong item to me after I asked for what I needed and gave them the model number. Their mistake so I returned the item after receiving it, they kept the unused product after saying they could exchange but not refund then kept my $45 and ignored me. Total scam!! Disgusting treatment - went on to buy $7000 of equipment from their competitor!!!
