Website not clear and very slow
Put an order in for 1st February. Contacted them on 12th February only to be told that production is between 4 and 14 days. Clearly stated between 2 and 7 days on their website!!
Customer service only responds with 1 sentence and doesn't even try to be proactive with a solution!!!
Utter bollocks
Do not even bother using them. The website is terrible.
Difficult to navigate. The customer service is also an absoloute joke.

Photobookshop Shipping Service Review
Put order for xmas cards on 4/12 and they cannot give me the exact date when these cards will be sent to me oh plus another 10 to 14 days for delivery. I put another order in with another company and received the printed job within 4 days.
They don't get that their customers want these items so they can post them to family and friends.
Will never use them again or recommend them. Not happy

If you want anything done quickly don't bother with this company. I bought a voucher a couple of weeks ago for 4 stubbies.
After a week and half of issues with the software and trying to get hold of their customer service team I got one stubby put through. Then eventually got given codes for the other 3 which didn't work. It's now 3 weeks later since this all started.
They refuse to refund me, I still haven't got my 4 stubbies made and I never hear back from them. Disgusting
Horrible Customer Service
I used to love the photo book express then they merged and now the service is *** clearly a call center in India they are rude and every time you call with an issue you get someone incompetent who cant actually answer your question I just keep calling back until I get someone competent. The production time used to be very quick with quick delivery now they never finish production in the 14 days promised. I have ordered a number of Vouchers with them so I am stuck now until completed with those and I will certainly never go back not sure who to use now as they seem to have merged with everyone in the market.

What shoddy service and support
After having spent hours and hours perfecting my photobook, there was an error when it came time to printing. I was told to just reinstall their software on numerous occasions, but this helped not one jot.
Their IT support was totally ludicrous and their support was hopelessly moronic. They refused to pay me my money back (for a fault not my own - it was one of them who at first deleted my upload file in trying to resolve the issue) and kept saying to keep trying.
Well, I have a life and won't waste any more time trying to get it fixed - they should know their software better.
Terrible customer service and only interested in your money. DON'T deal with them.

Couldn't agree more on the customer service they used to be so good but now you cant seem to get through to a competent person and they are disinterested in helping you. Now I know why they do the voucher thing so they get your money first and don't have to follow through with good service.
