Website not clear and very slow

Put an order in for 1st February. Contacted them on 12th February only to be told that production is between 4 and 14 days. Clearly stated between 2 and 7 days on their website!! Customer service only responds with 1 sentence and doesn't even try to be proactive with a solution!!!

Do not even bother using them. The website is terrible. Difficult to navigate. The customer service is also an absoloute joke. *** you photobookshop. *** you.

Put order for xmas cards on 4/12 and they cannot give me the exact date when these cards will be sent to me oh plus another 10 to 14 days for delivery. I put another order in with another company and received the printed job within 4 days. They don't get that their customers want these items so they can post them to family and friends. Will never use them again or recommend them. Not happy
