- - Slow responses from PhotoWraps Customer Service; no replies.
- - Order #PHOTO-2858 (Nov 6, 2012); canvas prints for grand parents' anniversary.
Send several e-mails to"PhotoWraps Customer Service" and responses were slow and now i get no response at all. The canvas prints were intended as anniversary presents for grand parents. I am so disgusted with the way this company was allowed to first change its name and then deny its obligations.

I hope there is a law that prevents companies from committing this fraud.

- - Expected delivery by Christmas; processing took 11 weeks with no print or refund by 02/11/2013.
On 10/01/2012 I ordered a 16X20 canvas print of my son who races motorcycles Order #photo2587 (through another ripoff EVERSAVE LOS ANGELES who could care less about my order) Paid $29.00 I figured that I would get it by Christmas as Photowraps had 11 weeks to process my order.When I sent them my first email on 11/11/2012, they sent me their generic *** letter saying"I am very sorry & we received so many orders, that we are a "little backed up" Despite repeated emails for my print or a refund, as of 02/11/2013---THEY COULD GIVE A ***
