I went to a site that I thought would uncover missing money, but instead, I got a site that would help you do a background check on people, which I didn't want
- - Cannot reach anyone for a refund; the number is fake.
- - Calls are busy and redirect to other sites.

Well, I was supposed to get a credit back, but I got no credit at all. I feel robbed and taken advantage of, plus when I begged for them to cancel, they continued to offer me the product, but at a lower cost.
I said no, I never wanted the product in the first place, why would I take it at a lower cost? I'm reporting them to my credit card company because I did give them time to make it right.
I tried to call the company that showed up on my credit card in question, "background phone check." which I didn't want. I can't get a hold of anyone to get my money back, instead, I am getting roped around to different sites.
The number that I was given was fake. Always busy, no one can get a hold of anyone.
The site is a *** job that takes people's money without being fully upfront.
You don't go to a site to help you see if you have money out there from relatives, or past jobs, nothing. Don't do business with this company.be careful.

- - It says the line is a landline and provider is wrong; I want a refund.
I wanted to know who my wife is texting, calling and possible social media platforms she maybe using AS YOU ADVERTISE. In return I get that it may belong to my wife (DUH!!) It says it is a land line (WRONG!!) and you are Wrong on who is the provider.
