Bad service ried many times to stop service and could not get to talk to a human. Finaly did after paying a chatge to talk to some one. After over a year they are charging me again thinking i would not vheck my bank account.

Consumer Cellular - SIM card issues

I called Consumer Celluar and decided to switch to them and keep my current phones. They sent me new sim cards in three days.
I could not get the old one out so i called their support. I waited for 30 minutes and finally talked with a rep. He finally said the sim card comes out the side.i tried a paper clip but it was too big.We finally decides I should go to Target and get some help. I asked if the phone would still work and he said no.
I thought this unacceptable and asked to talk with a supervisor and all she did was apologise. I wonder what they would do without their phone for a day especially when we don't have a home phone like most people I know.
Why would this happen? I might of made a mistake switching.

I was told to send back the old phone that was not working.which i did they sent me a new phone.they told me that they will give me the minutes that they owe me.Now i found out they want me to reapply. I asked them to send me a return envelope so i can return the phone.
Tracfone - Big problem traspasing my balance to a new cell phone.

They vow to enjoy roll over of your balance when you change your cell phone. I did and I have to call to claim my balance, after an hour, they give me remain balance in my new cell phone, but they was short in the data, I had 1.45 Gb data in my balance, and they give me back just 1 Gb. I tried to contact them by chat, but they said that they can't fix this problem by this way, they told me I had to talk them again, to claim my remaining data.
