We signed our house and mobile phones over to Southern Phone approximately 6 months ago. Apparently in the blurb that is read at you it states that it is a 12 month contract for both mobile phones. I would never sign up to a contract so i am disappointed on this point....

Since I have had this Assurance Wireless, I have experienced the service being tied up with ads and not being able to use the phone correctly. I try and turn it off and it takes 3 minutes and then to power back you, 27 minutes.
This is not a Lifeline because it is failing to send messages, not allowing usage up to 4 hours. My personal opinion, that the company is programming the phones & the ability to use the service.
Last night I had a life or death situation and the phone could not be used. This is something that now has happened twice with two different phones.

My name is Dr. Amanda McCullough.
I was trying to open a phone line to reach an inmate at a facility at which time I was redirected to my financial institution for additional verification. I told the representative that I had decided not to purchase the line, and that I waa not going to authorize the transaction. Somehow, I received a text from securtel stating that the charge was authorized against my will. I never wanted this line nor did I approve this transaction.
Can you please reverse the charge on my card? The line has not been used.
