Good untill Been Verified took over account

My paid subscription with Phone Detective is now null and void since taken over by Been Verified. Spoke with Been Verified support who said they did not take over Phone Detective, only People Smart and knew nothing about Phone Detective.

BEWARE!!Phone detective is a total SCAM. They give you zero information for which you have already paid, but try to get you to pay more for the information that they say they are unable to find in the first place! BEWARE!

"Phone Detective" Company is a SCAM !

Hi Recently I purchased service from "phone detective". They were unable to give any more information than what is found in google search at no charge. When contacted the company regarding their satisfaction guarantee, I was told there is no "guarantee all sales are final". This company is nothing but a big time SCAM...... I have all the email communications to support my complaints. Anyone can have a copy of the emails to see exactly how the company representative responded. I was so shocked to see how I was brushed off just like that. I wish I never dealt with this company. Big time SCAM!! Kamal Chellia

Phone Detective Rip Off

I paid a $39.00 (give or take) fee to join Phone Detective so that I could check cell and home phone calls to attempt to block spammers and nuisance calls. Of the 30 plus numbers I have attempted to trace, all but 2 required an additional $7.50 "Tracer REport". If they had posted those odds at the beginning I would not have wasted my money signing up. Yet another big time rip off. My research indicated this outfit was the best. If this outfit is the best I hate to think what others are paying. WOW !!! Good luck !!!
