Terrible customer service

When you book your original appointment, lots of excuses why hes coming and not coming. Thats when I should have known to not use him. He said we had a one year warranty. The pool pump/motor installed has been making a horrific noise and leaking. I have called, texted, fb messaged, made online appointments and no response to anything and doesnt show up for online booked appointments. Horrible!
