Wrong Hair Review
Hair club in Phoenix Arizona. The person in charge Jeff is a rude and unprofessional person.
From day 1 received the wrong hair and it was also not the color I discussed. I financed my 6 month plan which I wasn't told it was a 6 month plan but it was life time. I found out later that I only had 3 heads of hair and for 6 months I could get it washed and changed out. Long story short I start in July and did not get the correct hair until December.
Then they tried to rob me of my plan because they messed up. I called the corporate office and they had to still give me the 3 heads of hair I paid for. I was only on my second head and hair the other staff member there Tajuana made it her decision to say that was my last appointment without consulting me and rushed me into my third head of hair which my second one was nearly worn and the third head if hair was shorter and a different color so they just gave me something to rush me out. I'm so pissed and unhappy with their attitudes and how unprofessional they are.
Beware of this place. They are fake and smiling in the beginning to lure you in and once you sign the contract they treat you like ***.
Do not waste your time and money. I have called the corporate office again Grant Wegner several times and as yet to receive a call back.
