I bought this Phoenix cruiser in January and took them the dealership about two weeks to get it ready and I pick it up and the wife and I go through it we had a list of 17 items that were wrong windows were falling off of it the electric plugs didnt work some of the lights didnt work the mirror on one side driver side mirror its frozen sound it didnt work so you couldnt see what was there we had no hot water it didnt work

User's recommendation: Stay as far away from Phoenix cruiser as you can I called them and asked them to help me get out of the rig into a different one because of so many problems pretty much told me to forget it so I’m telling people be careful don’t deal with a company like this I will send pictures but at this time the vehicle is still sitting at the service center

Seats in my 2010 , 3100. Total shredded. I put seat covers on thinking it would stop it. Even the arm rests have the material falling off without using them.

R.v. had minimum use , company told me unit was to old couple years ago for them to warranty. This 2010 unit and many more of these front seats in said year are not up to quality of this company

Ordered a 29 foot Phoenix Cruiser. Went to pick it up and got coned into taking one that has been sitting outside for a while, and did not have all the options we paid for.

We are both senior citizens and grew up trusting people. Big mistake in this case.
