Resolved: Terrible Customer; Dishonest; Never delivered the item but charged me.
- - Shipping label was created but the perfume was never delivered.
- - Card was charged and Phlur promised a remedy, but nothing was delivered.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. I disputed the credit-card charge, but the company refunded money before the dispute was adjudicated. Don't buy from this company.
Do not do business with Phlur. They are dishonest.
I purchased perfume for my daughter's birthday well in advance of the day. Phlur created the shipping label but never delivered the actual product to USPS for delivery. I notified Phlur; they said they would remedy the situation. They never did.
The product was never delivered despite reassurances from Phlur that were clearly false. Of course, however, they had immediately charged my credit card.
Stay away. This is a dishonest and unscrupulous vendor who is ripping off the public.

Birthday gift
- - Oh Lie order arrived as a birthday gift for my daughter, Vanilla and Cream, and I bought samples and sprayed Vanilla.
I just received my oh lie order. A gift for My daughters Birthday.
I got her the Vanilla and the Cream! For myself I purchased the samples. I sprayed the Vanilla. Oh my goodness.
The most DELICIOUS SCENT I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. I spayed on the top of my hand. I keep smelling it. Decided to get a few more for co workers and my boss who I adore .
I know my daughter is going to love her scents from Phlur! Thank you

I ordered Missing Person on 12/2/2025 never received the perfume. Sent me a order # and a tracking # .
but still no product.

Customer service is rude & negligent of trying to get to the bottom of a problem

I had placed an order on a live. I got one order.
I never received the other one. Your team stated that my order seemed to be lost and that it would be a one time courtesy to refund me. They then asked me to wait 10 days to receive my refund I have done that and I still have not received the refund. I have checked with my bank and PayPal they see nothing on their end for me receiving anything back from you , I have reached out to your customer service multiple multiple multiple times through emails and I am being ignored instead of them trying to find out what happened on their end of where they sent it.
They just blow me off and expect me to sit here and not get my money back that is not OK. I cant find a phone number to call you people. I cant get a response back from your team other than it shows it was sent out on our end.
Well, where did you send it because I didnt get it. This is really *** and I would suggest nobody to buy from this company because this is rude & unprofessional not to mention stealing money

I recently purchased a couple travel sizes and a few samples to try. Every time I go to use one of the fragrances, I get a handful of perfume and my hands get black stains due to the fragrance getting on the outside of the bottle.
I've tried many times to email them but their website support@***.com does not work. I did find a phone number but, everything time I go to try to call, they are unavailable.
I'LL be unavailable to buy from them again. Very disappointed.
