Their customer service needs to be improved when it comes to refunds, especially for the mobile app option. Im not sure how the store and the app are related in terms of communication, but some cohesiveness would be helpful. in addition, the refund process needs to resolve a lot faster because at this point it has been almost a month since I originally tried to purchase the items.

To summarize going to Phils coffee in Colma is only if you want to be ignored and disrespected as youre a woman. This happened to me three times and Im never gonna go back again.
Even though the coffee is good their customer service is bad. Do that to a man and see what happens only to a woman will someone do that

- - My bag of ground beans was shoved aside while others were served.
- - The bag was half full, and I am done with Philz Coffee.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I’ve been back twice and each time when my bag of beans was presented to the person behind the counter they went in they grounded and they returned the full bag.
No more of my bag being shoved aside while they waited on other people while I had already waited in line. So the customer service has improved enough I will come back and I have come back, but if it happens again, I know I can never come back to Philz Coffee
I go to get a bag of beans ground and wait in line. Then my bag is shoved aside while the server waits on some one else.
And my coffee was so much less. I know how much is a bag and this time the bag was half full.
Im done with Philzs coffee. Being ignored and then shorted on my coffee bean order.

First Ocean ave location and now colma location start to have the same problem every time that I order 1 pound of coffee always is less. I like your coffee I refuse to go other coffee shops, but you have to fix regularly your Scale I buy around 50 pounds every year if I miss 2 or 3 oz in every pound is a lot of coffee.
