Lousy maintenance service
I bought my Kubota tractor off Phil's in Columbiana, Oh.The service people at Phil's Tractors DOES NOT do a good job when you take your kubota tractor in to be serviced. They over filled mine with too much oil which caused trouble with the tractor.
My brother also bought a Kubota tractor off them and within the first month the transmission went out of it. Then the next time it needed serviced they forgot to tighten up the lug nuts on the wheel and when my brother was out on the tractor the wheel fell off the same day Phil's delivered the tractor after being serviced!!
My brother called Phil's and spoke to the service dept. The guy said the manager did the servicing on the tractor and just FORGOT to tighten everything!!
