Philosophy was very helpful unfortunately the fragrance that I love has been discontinued, but she found one that was very close so I have ordered it through QVC to see if I like it as much as in the summer. Thank you so much for your help.

They misled me about a product I should received
One of their products damaged my skin !
They told me I can pick a item of my choice but not skincare.
I chose a item abruptly and I reached out to them saying i didn't want it and would like another item instead !
They TOTALLY blew me off I want the item I was promised. O did send the item that I didn't want back to them They didn't require this

Sprayer on my amazing Grace perfume does not spray
Sprayer is very hard to dispense, You basically have to sit the bottle down to get enough pressure for it to dispense. Love this product, Im sure a small problem with the manufacturer.

It was very difficult getting on the website. Gave me information that was useless.
Also it difficult getting the phone number. I was disconnected the first time. I also had to send serveral e-mails to get an answer. I finally got threw.
That person took care of my issue.
I just doglike that I have to wait till the order is processed. Then I will get my money back.
