Be patient for warranty work, and check on your wife or lady friend if they take the vehicle there
- - Delay in oil change; wife waited two hours.
- - They claimed a key was missing to enter the vehicle.
- - The service manager was rude; Cherry apologized.
My wife took here jeep for a scheduled oil change and they forgot she brought the vehicle in. I suspect they were working on customers who had to pay more.
She waited two hours for a scheduled oil change. I took my vehicle in to the dealership. I showed up at my scheduled time. The guy who put my vehicle in service told me to tell the service person that he did not have some kind of key to enter the vehicle into the system.
They took my vehicle back and after awhile the service tech told me the problem. I told the person I had extended warranty, at that point I felt the service tech lost interest in my problem. When I spoke to the service Manager that did not go well. One he called me buddy.
He then got upset and pointed at me like I was his child. When I spoke to Mr Cherry, he apologized for the service Manager but he stated people are so sensitive. I asked him why they use sir or mam.
This place has a sign up give us all tens and you can enter into a contest. I wonder should they ask for us as customer to give then Tens, or should they earn tens the old fashion way, EARN IT WITH GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Incompetent service rip-offs
- - 7 days in the shop for engine light; bill $1800.
- - Gasoline found in the tank after service; 140-mile test drive and $800 in parts.
Brought our diesel Dodge RAM 250 in for engine light and rough idle. Dealership had it for 7 days.
Never given any positive news BUT estimate continued to climb. Finally on the 7th day we're told we can pick up the truck "but it doesn't run much better". Total cost = $1800.00 !!!!! Then they advised us that they found GASOLINE in the tank !!!
Really ???? They "test drove" the truck almost 140 miles and changed $800.00 worth of parts before they decided to check the fuel ? We were told they followed Dodge's repair protocol !!! Really ????
How about hire a competent mechanic ??? They told the BBB that WE insisted on driving the truck when it was their "service advisor" who suggested continually adding diesel fuel to "dilute" the gasoline.
They also reported that we were given an estimate to drain the tank and flush the lines. NOT TRUE.

Chrysler engaged in a serious effort to steal over $7,000.00 from me once.
They failed, but it was a major pain.
I bought Chryslers from 1966-**** but they will never see me again.
I don't care what miracle invention they create, I want nothing to do with them.
And if you think they're bad, buy a Mercedes-Benz ; you'll make new friends.
Everyone at the Service Dept. will know you by name.
