Poor Home Builder

Stay away from Phillippe Builders in Illinois and Indiana.....They will not support you after the sale. Terrible staff. They could care less what happens to you once you close on the purchase of their home. Their subdivisions are mis-managed and I am so sorry I let them build a home for me. Please take my advise...There are a lot of reputable builders out there in Illinois and Indiana. Steer clear of Phillippe Builders. They have subdivisions in teh Southern suburbs of Illinois and Northwest Indiana. Dont make the same mistake I did. Not a good market to sell once you realize it is too late!
