Season pass holder
Hello - it is with much sadness that I send this email. This is the second year in a row that I have bought a Zoo
Family Pass for my son & his family.
Last week we went to the ZOO only to find the a lot of the exhibits were closed & the Zoo was a mess. This was the first time this year that we were able to use it.
Due to the circumstances of the Zoo's conditions I'm not sure we will be returning?
How disappointing this is to me the gift giver & my son's family.
