15 game ticket package for 3 seats each game starting May 2025

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I purchased 15 game tickets on April 8th for $1933. I am 60 years old and this has been on my bucket list for years now.

I am so confused and upset by your "VERIFICATION PROCESS". The tickets were available when I purchased the package and then last night April 9th I went onto the MLB website and they were no longer there. Come to find out which there was no indication prior to that a Verification Process had to be initiated.

The season ticket office refunded my wife's credit card. I spoke with 2 ladies there today who couldn't promise I would get the same game package???!!

After looking over and consulting with my family for days on a perfect package???!!! What turned out to be something FUN OR PHUN for me and my family has become a very upsetting and unsettling situation. This is CRAZY!

If this does not get resolved ASAP I will contact the Philadelphia NEWS/ FOX NEWS station and let them know of this absurd process and just how unpatriotic & Un PHILLY PHRIENDLY the Phillies Season Ticket Holder Customer Service really is! Very disappointed in how this was handled with the Philly organization.

Issue at ballbpark Sunday 9/1

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

Hi,

I took my family to the game on Sunday against the Braves. We frequently visit the ballpark and each time, we have to approach the ticket window to get our tickets changed to handicap tickets for my husband. We have never encountered an issue before this particular Sunday. My husband, a 54-year-old stroke survivor, struggles with left-side paralysis and walks with difficulty using a cane. He is unable to walk down into the stands without handrails.

When we approached the window on Sunday near section 133, the gentleman working at the ticket window was reluctant to give us handicap seating, stating that it is only allocated for wheelchair users and individuals on crutches. We offered to show him my husband's PA disability card, but he insisted that it wouldn't make a difference. His attitude was rather rude and unsympathetic.

This experience was quite upsetting and dampened our usually positive experience. I would hate for this to occur again in the future, or for someone else to go through this unpleasantness. Despite the unnecessary difficulty, he did eventually give us the seats. However we have never experienced such an issue in the past.

I feel your pain and your sorrow that is what unkind people that have no knowledge of what handicap people have to go threw in their daily lives. Let them walk one day in someone shoes and see what it feels like and maybe then they would understand.

My husband is handicap with progressive MS and sometimes people are kind to us and other times they are not. We are grateful for those that show us the love and kindness that the world needs a lot more of and we pray for it.

Big Hugs to you!!! Thankfully there are good folks out there. Your husband is blessed to have a good wife looking after him.

Seat location issue

Philadelphia Phillies - Seat location issue

Game on 6/24, section 205, row 4, seat 16. The foul pole completely blocks out home plate and the batter's box.

That seat should be labeled as having an obstructed view and sold at a reduced cost. Very disappointed.

Help me understand why?

Dear Phillies,

I attended the Tuesday night game on 5/23. Beforehand I read the rules about bags being allowed and planned accordingly. I wore a *** pack that was able to be worn over my shoulder or around my waste. I watched as other women walked in with similar bags. When I got to the entry point a very assertive man told me that bag cant come in. I explained that it was a *** pack, emptied all the contents, including my tampons. He refused. I literally watched 3 other women, who had children with similar bags to mine walk thru. I asked for him to explain why my bag was so different and he would not. I attended the game with 7 other nurses. We all could not believe how I was treated or why

My *** pack was prohibited.

It made me never want to attend another game.

I understand and appreciate safety. What I dont understand is the attitude I received upon entry and the lack of any explanation that I received for following the stadium rules.

Ada line

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I have an insulin pump that is a life saving device, that i have to wear at ALL times. I have to carry insulin and snacks with me again at all times.

The last 4 home games friday through tonight (monday) i have been humiliated and so embarrassed by your bubble bee security staff. I have been coming to cbp for many years wearing this insulin pump and have NEVER had an issue getting into the park. I can not go through a metal detector or a body scan machine because it will damage my pump. I ask for a pat down and the bubble bees harass me so bad till finally i tell them i am NOT going through it, you need to do a pat down on me..i am so embarrassed by this point because everyone walking by is looking at me because they are causing a scene.

Also instead of being professional and calling me over to them privately these bubble bees where 10 feet away from me yelling at me about my bag which meets Major League Baseballs bag policy. Also made me feel humiliated. The last 4 times after i finally got into park i went straight to guess services and was told there is no more ada line. That needs to change for people like myself or these bubble bees need MORE training and education on ada rules and regulations.

This is unexceptionable.

I dont want to feel this way every time i come to support my favorite team. Please respond

Thank you

Question upcoming promotions

No big issue. I am actually a lifelong Detroit Tiger fan and was touching base with you to see if there was anything planned to honor the career of Miguel Cabrera while the Tigers were in town this week.

I will watch Philly Sports Live as they are giving some coverage to him. Thanks for your concern!

Preferred solution: Nothing. Unless you want to offer me a discount on tickets the next time the Tigers visit Philly.
