Muslim Discrimination at local Chevy Dealership

I am a naturalized US Citizen of Pakistani origin who has lived in South Florida for over 20 years. On September 9, 2021 around 10 in the morning I arrived at Phil Smith Chevrolet in Lauderhill, Florida for my vehicles oil change appointment with my 72 year old elderly, frail mother who was with me. Soon as we walked in we were confronted by a Caucasian man (who was another customer there) who asked my mother if she was Hindu. My mother politely and respectfully replied we are from Pakistan and we are Muslim. The words were barely out of my mothers mouth when the man got extremely loud, angry and started yelling at my mother that prophet Mohammad was a child molester and a murderer. I was extremely worried about mine and my mothers safety so I took a photo of his gentlemans license plate frame which I have attached. We walked off and went to sit in their waiting area in another building on the premises. This man continued on to that waiting area and kept hurling verbal abuses at my mother and not one person (Manager or Otherwise) came to our defense or asked this man to leave. I quickly paid and left soon as the oil change was done and a few days later after I received my email review from the dealership I wrote about my experience. I was called on my cell phone by a man who said he was the general manager and his name is george. I explained the situation to George about how none of his employees called law enforcement, asked the abuser to leave nor did anyone say a word to me or my frail, elderly mom while she was being verbally abused and harassed by one of their customers. I have worked extensively for multiple automotive brands and dealerships over the years and I know for a fact no employee, customer or vendor is allowed to behave in this manner without being permanently removed from the facility. I asked george if a white supremacist was calling a frail, elderly African American lady the N word Im sure they would not have tolerated that but my mother was fair game and now she is considering moving back to Pakistan before she even gets her US citizenship because she is scared of how she will be treated in public because of this instance. What are my options so this man does not do this to anyone ever again?
