I can't verify that the complaint is true, but it is there. Phil Sears has a lot of people recomending him, but why was stuff removed from a search? RIP OFF REPORT was not the only complaints that I found about him.
I don't know if these are true, maybe they were posted by competators or someone in his family.
I think the complaint should be in a Google search and let people make up there own mines. My mine is made up that he is innocent but it bothers me that there was a cover up
