Warning

Hired this company even though was warned by others and regret it. Driver was very rushed even though he was paid hourly. At the end of the night rushed off with my cousins cell phone while music playing off of it as it was connected to the stereo. He denied having it, iPhone finder records showed it on the highway at the time he was heading back but he and management both denied it. Spoke to the manager who said the driver never even took that route n he has GPS records as proof but until this day won't send the records. For a company dealing with the public highly unprofessional. Asked to speak to the owner but was told owners live in a different country but others say not true, they work at that place. Staff refuses to pass calls on to them. Management obv teaming up to give clients the run around. Beware.

I have been on these party buses before and know that people are on there and are really drunk and you probably lost the phone and are blaming it on the company.Great company.I rent all the time from them. Can't obviously make everyone happy. Probably mad cause u could barely afford it and what some money back

Taking me to small claims court without giving me an option of payment for a service

PHAT CAT LIMO services....wow, how unprofessional! My daughter reserved a party bus to celelbrate her 16th birthday. At the last minute a large number of her friends cancelled, causing her to have to cancel her reservation. We accept full responsibility that we owe the remaining amount due. I am absolutely livid at the fact that the 19 year old receptionist called my daughter, blasted her on the phone then hung up. This employee then called me right after, told me that they are taking me to small claims court, even though I said I would pay the amount owing but couldn't pay it tomorrow, then hung up on me also. She didn't even give me the opportunity to tell her I could drive to their location with the remaining money on the weekend. Nope, just yelled at me for cancelling, threatened me with small claims court then hung up. Now I will fight them in court and not pay a dime, when they could have had their money no problem. Hire adults to work in your office!!! Get some customer service skills! I will slander their name every chance I get. I will let people know how unprofessional they are.
