Not received reimbursement

Order No: SF1287**** To whom it may concern Good Morning, Following previous correspondence regarding returned goods which were confirmed received by 'PHASE EIGHT' on 21/04/22. I have contact my bank and my card issuer and I am advised that no monies for reimbursement have been lodged to my account. The goods were purchased on March 21st 2022 and value 230.30 euro. I am now requesting reimbursement of 230.30euro immediately as this has caused me great distress and I would like to conclude this matter forthwith. yours Sincerely Bernadette Cawley

User's recommendation: Don’t buy from this company unless you are. 100% sure you will not be returning any purchased goods of theirs.

Lost dress

No problem now, dress sent back to me via Royal Mail and areas of your address blacked out with felt tipped pen not sure why? maybe due to sellotape on part of it! I rang and the return time has been extended and l have printed off new label so hopefully dress with you shortly. Thank you
