I decided to ring customer services,I spoke with Leslie and she was most helpful and Im hoping she will do as promised.

I returned two dresses on the 15th June 2023 and the parcel was returned back to me on the 14th July 2023. The reason given on the parcel was 'gone away/moved'.
I printed and stuck the Rebound Returns Label which you sent me by email. Can you please explain.

Preferred solution: I would like to know why a parcel with returns, was returned back to me after a month with a message saying 'gone away/moved'.
Shocking service
Couldnt pick up my items due to having Covid. Phoned for a refund, assured it had been done.
It hasnt. Phoned customer services no answer, on the live chat not much live a out it.
The bot asked me what the problem is and is now ignoring me. Shocking service.
Preferred solution: Full refund

Not received reimbursement
Order No: SF1287**** To whom it may concern
Good Morning, Following previous correspondence regarding returned goods which were confirmed received by 'PHASE EIGHT' on 21/04/22.
I have contact my bank and my card issuer and I am advised that no monies for reimbursement have been lodged to my account. The goods were purchased on March 21st 2022 and value 230.30 euro. I am now requesting reimbursement of 230.30euro immediately as this has caused me great distress and I would like to conclude this matter forthwith.

Lost dress
No problem now, dress sent back to me via Royal Mail and areas of your address blacked out with felt tipped pen not sure why? maybe due to sellotape on part of it!
I rang and the return time has been extended and l have printed off new label so hopefully dress with you shortly. Thank you
