I returned two dresses on the 15th June 2023 and the parcel was returned back to me on the 14th July 2023. The reason given on the parcel was 'gone away/moved'. I printed and stuck the Rebound Returns Label which you sent me by email. Can you please explain.

Preferred solution: I would like to know why a parcel with returns, was returned back to me after a month with a message saying 'gone away/moved'.

Shocking service

Couldnt pick up my items due to having Covid. Phoned for a refund, assured it had been done. It hasnt. Phoned customer services no answer, on the live chat not much live a out it. The bot asked me what the problem is and is now ignoring me. Shocking service.
