I am writing to formally complain about the handling of my recent purchases and return requests.
I purchased this dress on December 29, and a red version of the same model on December 29, 2025. Both dresses do not fit, and I have been trying for weeks to obtain a return code from Phase Eight in order to return them.
After contacting you approximately ten times by email, I have now received a response stating that the dress was returned in August and that a refund has already been issued. This information is completely incorrect. I did not return these dresses in August, nor have I received any refund. The dresses are still in my possession.
I find it unacceptable and very disappointing that a company of your reputation handles customer issues in this manner, especially after repeated attempts from my side to resolve this matter properly.
I kindly but firmly request that you: 1. Investigate this issue thoroughly, 2. Provide correct clarification regarding my order and return status, and 3. Supply me with the appropriate return codes so I can return the dresses that do not fit, or clearly explain how this situation will be resolved.
I expect a prompt and accurate response, as this matter has already taken an unreasonable amount of time.

I returned two dresses on the 15th June 2023 and the parcel was returned back to me on the 14th July 2023. The reason given on the parcel was 'gone away/moved'.
I printed and stuck the Rebound Returns Label which you sent me by email. Can you please explain.

Good Morning, Following previous correspondence regarding returned goods which were confirmed received by 'PHASE EIGHT' on 21/04/22.
I have contact my bank and my card issuer and I am advised that no monies for reimbursement have been lodged to my account. The goods were purchased on March 21st 2022 and value 230.30 euro. I am now requesting reimbursement of 230.30euro immediately as this has caused me great distress and I would like to conclude this matter forthwith.

Lost dress

- - Address details were blacked out with a felt-tip pen.
- - Return time was extended; a new label was printed.
No problem now, dress sent back to me via Royal Mail and areas of your address blacked out with felt tipped pen not sure why? maybe due to sellotape on part of it!
I rang and the return time has been extended and l have printed off new label so hopefully dress with you shortly. Thank you
