I purchased 6 jars of 100% raw shea butter. I paid $83.44 on my Discover Card.
This purchase was made in December 2024. I just received them yesterday, in January 2025, but only 4 jars of the 100% raw shea butter came in the box. Where are my other two jars?
I'm a senior citizen and shouldn't have to put up with this. I just want my other two jars.
Preferred solution: The rest of my order. You have already received full payment from my Discover Card.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. I received an email saying they were unable to fullmill my order within the time promised due to the product being out of stock. They came me a full refund after no communication since my original order 09/07/2022..
I ordered an item about a month ago and paid for it. I have contacted customer service numerous times about the status of my order and have not received a response. Looks like their website (https://www.pharmapacks.com/) is down for non-payment, and they have a voice mail on their customer service number (855-797-****) that says to email (customercare@***.com) them and they will look into your issue.
