Can you please tell me when my prescription will be arriving as I am only getting estimated
- - Dispatch date changed from 15.12.25 to 16.12.25.
- - I'm away until after New Year.

Not keep altering the date for estimated dispatch of my 7 item prescription we got to 15.12 .25 and today 16.12.25. I am away from Saturday till after New year.
Ive been saying since beginning of November . I received the last prescription which contains nutrients as I now cant eat solids .

Not received medication

Medication not delivered on the 16th June, I now have no Atorvastatin or Dapagliflozin. Royal mail should get a signature when delivering Medication and not leaving it in a flat foyer or outside front door without knocking. This is not the first time I have had to go without my regular medication and its really affecting my anxiety levels when its crucial that I take my medication daily.

My prescription did not arrive but they insist it had, always get an email saying its been approved in the past but not this time, tried to get help but all was told docs will sort it as weve sent the order, Ive cancelled this dodgy company now and gone back to a local chemist, also I have cameras and no one came , and obviously no photo taken
