I can understand them turning down the Libra x at $3,000.00 a bottle but, they keep on trying to get buy as cheap as they can with the albuterol sulfate by switching to one that was most likely recalled from all the complaints and I waited a while as I got sicker, and now they replaced my $45 inhaler with a cheaper one that you can buy on Amazon for I$4!

Pharmacy tech told me I was committing insurance fraud because I picked a prescription 10 days after was called in. I said what did u say to me she said I am trying to educate you on insurance fraud.

I will never be back u have lost all of my. Service.

And tech gave me a prescription that wasn't mine and didn't I D me. So maybe she needs to be educated

We just moved to Titusville this month. Went to the Titusville pharmacy today with a prescription after visiting the doctor.

The Asian gentleman that took my info was mean, judgemental and just plain rude. I will NEVER have a prescription filled there again.

These people are the most rude people to do business with & if you have a certain type ins. that does not pay top dollar, they will not fill it like cvs or wal-greens.

They are independently owned & therefore will only fill what they can not make a huge profit on.

So do not go to Stacy Cody, he is the most rude person to deal with, my wife had this problem as well as several others, I have spoke to. Just let him go out of business & take his crazy ways with him. He cheats people on their drugs & only fills what he wants to & if you do not have top dollar ins. he makes it so hard, he runs you off, well good-bye & a lot are going to leave you & then you will be out of business & we will be glad, crook, cheat!

On Saturday April 7,2012 I picked up a rx, they only had 6 pills of the the 21 needed. asked me to come back Tuesday for the rest of the pills.

Saturday when picking up rx the girl charged me the co-pay which is $4.00 for this rx and another $4.00 for another RX.she said when come in wont have to pay, however they charged me again today 4.00 tried to explain not listining.

Isn't much however this is the second time this has happened beginning to add up rip off for clients.

I have purchased my Rx at Sams for over a decade..the last few times have been plagued by conflicts.

Today only 2 of my 3 scripts came through over the phone. I had to wait 2 hours for the third on e to be

filled.

I purchase my pills in 90 days quantity..which I pay out of my pocket because insurance will only fill 30 days at a time....and the GENERIC One type I take 2 a day so that is 180 tablets so why did the pharmacist only give me 174 pills...and it wasn't because they were out I asked that! When I questioned he said "well you only charged for 174..thats not issue!!!The other script is a generic symvastin for 90 pills should be $10 I was charged $12.76.There was a line up behind me I had already waited hours killing time in the store

I travel out of my way to use Sams...but NOT anymore. One of my last scripts I was short changed because the days are not coming out even as they should and since they are taken together I know I did not forget or lose one.

I am a very unhappy customer.....I need to trust my pharmacy...there are others to choose from!!!

I placed an order with BMD on April 19th for a time critical Rx. A week later they advised me it had just been shipped and that I should have it within 10-15 days. After 15 days, I called and was told it was "working days". After 15 working days I was told it would be 18 working days. After a month and not having received my Rx, I called and was told they would "reship" or refund my money IN 7 DAYS!. When I pointed out that they had had my money for a month, I was told it was the best they could do. Why? No particular reason. I spoke to David Yen, who told me he was the supervisor and that everyone in authority was "unavailable".

I'm convinced this is a bad operation. I've been lied to, and when I've asked for my money back, been put off.

I highly recommend against ordering from them.

why can't most of the people behind the pharmacy counter WHO FILL RXs actually communicate in English?!! it's infuriating.

secondly, why the *** can't they understand the concept of privacy? i go in there to pick up several prescriptions and they read them off loudly while there are other consumers behind me and next to me! if i ask a question about one of them, e.g. Rx #3 on this list, they yell across the pharmacy -- usually in spanish but the medication is always clear -- do you have mr.

________'s __________ ready?!!!! give me a break.
