Bad service

I have submitted my prescription per email, i stated in the email that only nr 1 is needed seeing that is the only chronic medication, the rest is not covered under chronic and so i get it at the local pharmacy as needed. I had to send a email asking when i will receive my medication and a reply was given that it will be marked as urgent. I received a call asking if i did get my medication elsewhere because they can not claim for it, after i have stated that i only need nr 1 in email in capital letters they dont read. i asked how many times for banking detail because i have to make a payment i receive nothing. They need to read the emails more carefully and keep their promise of phoning back with the info needed.

Absolutely horrendous!!

I loaded my script on time, I was notified about co payment, which was paid the very next day, I was promised a speedy delivery,as I was on my last pill, which never happened, it’s now 5 days without my treatment!
