I have never received my order from phanxy.com, despite their website promising delivery of 7 days. After 25 days, nothing.
No tracking info is available and the numerous messages I have left have gone ignored. Phanxy has still not replied to me.
I sent many emails, but never got a reply. I was charged for the item so I reluctantly have been waiting for the item. Their website claims all orders should be delivered in up to 7 days. Today makes it the 19th day and still no reply!!
Im pissed.
They list a phone number that goes straight to a Spanish speaking residence, so their listed number is bogus. Phanxy not only has terrible customer service, they appear to have NO customer service.
