Poor Customer Service

Had a power supply die, they really were goofy with getting it replaced. Just weird responses avoiding the RMA option. Felt like they wanted to set up a few inconveniences to stop people from following through. Eventually they decided I'd need to send them the dead one at my expense while also saying they weren't saying it would be replaced under warranty. They did it, they won. I'm not paying to ship it just to potentially be declined by an already challenging support experience. I may have lost the power supply, but going to avoid Phanteks moving forward I guess.
