Phantasia Land in Germany - Not worth it and waste time.

How Phantasia Land want to be one of the best Parks in the world if there are so many to fix like customer service, maintenance of equipment, organization, parking lot and a huge mistake on marketing.Let's start with my experience on August 18, 2018.- Parking lot: As soon as we arrived, by the way, very earlier, we had discovered that we needed to pay five Euros for the parking lot. The funniest thing is, there is nothing clearly mentioned on the website or information about it. So far, that is ok, unfear, but it is ok. At the end, when everybody wants to leave the place, there is no organization to help customers to get the way back home. Phantasia Land was worry only about to get the Parking lot's ticked paid, no matter what about lines up and cars honking and drivers very nervous. We took more than one hour just to arrive at the employee who was taking the tickets. The parking lot structure is also projected for the chaos. Inside, so many little ways to arrive in only one small exit. Really bad.- Maintenance of equipment: It was very frustrating after waiting for more than one hour and get the equipment/attraction damaged or in repair. We have just one day to enjoy the park and we were not able to go to two attractions. On the first one, called WINJA'S FEAR, we had to wait for more than 30 minutes until the attraction gets fixed again, without counting the waiting time in line. I was closed to get in the cars and I could see all the activities of employees to fix that. They were completely lost. I was wondering how afraid were people who were inside the attraction and in the darkness, also there were kids on it. The second one called CHIAPAS was twice closed because of maintenance as well. What a *** This is the one that I was not able to go. Very bad for the park. The third one is called TARON and the newest attraction in Phantasia Land was the most frustating one. After 85 minutes waiting, guess what? It was broken and closed for repair. Naturally, we were not able to enjoy this attraction too. And the last one and the worse experience ever about those attractions was the one called RIVER QUEST. We were waiting already for more than 2 hours, and guess what has happened when we were in the lineup, waiting more and more because of maintenance. It broke when we were in line and after that, my conclusion was: this attraction is completely ridiculous and waisting time. In addition to all of the attractions, of course, the queue time does not match with the actual wait time, this is a sheer lack of respect for the consumer. A huge wasting of time and collection of frustration.- Customer service: I really can not understand how an International Park wants to become huge if most of the employees do not speak English and all of them seem to be very tired, angry, stressed and sad. I am not talking only for whom was working at the attractions but also for whom was working at the restaurants and fast-food. By the way, this last one there is nothing about fast as well. Again, waiting and waiting... The feeling that I had was, "make your order and get away from here because I do not want to see your face anymore and stop ruin my life!"- Marketing: When you buy a ticket, you have the right to get another one to come back and use it before the end of August and of course, you do not have the right to pass it for another one if you want. Come on, seriously? And for whom were there only for one day, or for a week? This is a Tourist attraction, this is worth only for whom lives close by, and after all, this, do you really think I will be back. No way! And the funniest thing is, there is nothing in rules, website or marketing material explaining this stupid rule. I felt cheated and stuck.- Organization: Phantasia Land has a lot to get it better. About lineups for everything, the queue time, parking lot, customer service, information, website, marketing, employees and so on.That is very sad, I have been in so many others Parks in Brazil, Canada, and the United States and have never had such experience like this before. Unfortunately, visiting Phantasia Land was my first time and the last one. The money that I have spent was not at all worth and I have never treated with so much unrespectful in my life. I strongly do not recommend this Park to no one, even for my enemies. Wtf
