Worst customer service

Ordered $200 golf shoes which did not fit. Have called, literally 11 times over past 2 wks and have sent same number of emails in order to return item. Have not had a return email reply or phone call. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Poor customer service

order shipped a month ago with no updates. Do not reply to email or telephone calls. Now taking this up with Paypal. *** poor customer service, go elsewhere. Would not get 1 star if I had the option

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have reached out to PGA SUPER STORE about my order for 4 weeks now with no response. I have written 4 emails including product review mentioning the poor customer service and still no response. I have called and left 5 voicemails and no response. I have followed their process and no response. I would rather pay or go anywhere else as this is the worst service ever!! Going to Credit card to handle claim.

Lost order

I placed an order to your store order #0313****. fedex said they delivered the order March 2 2021 at my front door at 3:34 pm. I was watching for this order, but they never showed up....Can you refund the payment?...Fed-ex does not respond when I try to reach out to them. call me, or send me a e-mail Charles Neace..

I received a size large Puma sweatshirt purchased at a PGA Superstore from a relative. It seemed a little tight, so I took it to my local PGA store located on Arapahoe Road in Centennial Colorado. I found the exact same sweatshirt in an XL and took it to the front counter to exchange. The tags were identical ( I did not remove the tags on the one I received). It seemed like a no brainer exchange. However, I was told I couldnt exchange it because the one I had purchased was on sale, but the XL was not on sale. The reason they said was, even thought they were exactly the same, was the one I received was blue, and the XL was black. They told me that the blue one was probably on sale while the black one wasnt. Never in my life (I am 80 years old) have I ever heard of two identical pieces of clothing priced differently because one was blue and the other black. Is this the type of customer service that you encourage and support? I was dumbfounded, took my inferior blue sweatshirt and walked out of the store. You have got to be kidding!

Poor Customer Service

I went to the PGA Superstore in Scottsdale, AZ at Pima Crossing to get 8 clubs gripped, at 10 AM on a Saturday. I needed them by the end of business, 9pm. I was told that it would be 24 hours, which would be open of business Sunday, 10AM. Unless they work overnight it would seem that my clubs would be available at 9pm for pick up. My primary complaint and why I would not recommend this store for repair services was the rude and disinterested staff. Even the manager who need to come to repairs to refund my money didn't even ask why I wanted a refund. I went to the PGA Superstore in North Scottsdale at the 101 plaza and was greeted with a very warm reception. The repair staff was accommodating and there was no question that the clubs should and would be done by the end of the day. As I was leaving I received another pleasant salvation from the checkout staff. So if you must use the PGA Superstore in Scottsdale AZ do not waste your time at the Pima Crossing Store when you can go to the 101 store and not be abused by the staff.

PGA tour superstore

I just have gotten into golfing so as a newbie I'm not 100% sure on anything golf related while shopping there they have been complete *** multiple times. when ever i try out their clubs with full intention of buying their product the tell me i need lessons in a snooty way and make fun of me, of course i need lessons i've only been golfing for six months. they even sold me used lady clubs and i'm a male. there was no way to tell in my opinion every golfing friend i know couldnt even tell the difference. i bought the clubs and came back to get them regripped, they proceeded to make fun of me for it the whole time and when i told them i bought it from them they didnt say anything they even over charged me and didnt take into consideration I cought them from them and when you do so you have thirty days to re-grip them and not be charged per club . ive also tried using their reward program and they failed to follow their propper policy on the reward policies. i will never shop there again I am so pissed. you shouldnt make fun of people who arnt as good as you at a sport when youre selling that particular sports equipment.
