Getting the run around

Two months ago, I saw a posting online about Pfizer RxPathways help with free prescriptions. I wanted to get the free Lyrica for my wife.

After receiving the initial application, it took a series (being polite) of phone calls and revisions to make sure she would get it. It was like pulling "hen's teeth" to make sure every t was crossed and every i dotted. In all this time, my wife ran out of her own Lyrica, twice.

Finally, after getting a new signed prescription by mail, they (pfizer) said the pharmacy had to call my wife's doctor for some allergy information.

That's fine, but by the time they'd get around to actually sending the medicine to us, it would be time for another signed prescription. BTW, she's already run out of Lyrica. I called them up and cancelled the order.

The worst experience I've ever had in dealing with an organization. Stay away, stay very away!
