Poor quality product

I purchased a brand new diaper bag in May 2025, by mid July the main zipper was broken. I was always cautious while using the bag but within 2 months it broke.
There was a specific print I had my heart set on and when I went to purchase I found it was no longer offered, so needed to purchase on a third party site (but it was still brand new, with the tags and all).
Because of this, Petunia Pickle Bottom told me there is nothing they will do and have a great day.
Absolutely absurd they sell such poor quality items for a fairly high price that don't even hold up for more than 2 months. Such a waste of money and severely disappointed.

Stolen merchandise
Delivery truck was being followed and mercy was stolen after it was placed and I have yet to hear from anyone after leaving multiple emails and calling and leaving voicemails

Your issue is with the third party that sold you the bag and the fact that you did not research the manufacturer’s warranty. I googled “Petunia Pickle diaper bag warranty”.
The first link starts to say “authorized resellers”. Page one when clicking on the link states the 2-year warranty and restates the limitation to authorized resellers.
