Impossible to get in touch with anyone from PetSense. I had an issue with my order and after several emails and several calls, 2 hours waiting on the phone, it is still impossible to reach someone. Horrid.

She picked it up and slid it across a table in the bathing room and said, 'It's for you,' with a smart tone. How can I get her attitude adjusted?

Impossible to get a hold of PetSense
I had an online order I was having issues with us. They are impossible to get a hold of.

Animal Care
- - Two guinea pigs were kept in a five-gallon tank.
- - There is not enough ventilation; other animals and reptiles are kept in unacceptable enclosures.
I just left Petsense and noticed there were 2 guinea pigs in a five-gallon tank/enclosure, as well as unacceptable enclosures for the other animals and reptiles. A hamster goes in a five-gallon tank, not 2 guinea pigs.
This is completely unacceptable, cruel, and barbaric. Those guinea pigs can barely move. There isn't enough ventilation, and they will get an upper respiratory infection. Do better, Tractor Supply.
Some of us actually care. Change your corporate policies.
- If you mistreat animals there are no pros only cons
Preferred solution: I don’t want to get anything. I want the animals to be treated humanely.

Horrible grooming
Had my Maine coon groomed and he was a complete mess. Never again and I have told others.
All I got when I call was sorry.
Was quoted $65 ended up being $120. COMPLETE MISTAKE TO TAKE MY CAT THERE.
I should not have been lied to that the groomer knew how to groom a cat and I should not have been told $65 and then charged $120
