Deceptive billing

I no longer have the pet but was automatically charged with NO WARNING whatsoever. Now its been email back and forth trying to get refunded. THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE NUMBER. Ive had it - I told my bank to deal with them. One day they tell me they will refund me and the next day they said they will not. If you are a renter and are forced to use this, be wary.

No one has called or written me back... so no I'm not happy... I have had 3 issues with petscreening in a week that has literally caused me to not be able to find a place to live when I'm having to live in a motel! I was a place to live so they need to get it figured out because this is ridiculous!

Preferred solution: Why are my pets profiles not being approved for support pets when I have provided EVERYTHING that I was told to do. I was charged a fee to register my dogs even though they are support dogs with their paperwork! 3 issues with yall in a week is ridiculous
