I work at a public aquarium and we spend about $5,000/yr purchasing frozen food from petswarehouse.com. Their website has recently changed considerably, maybe new management, I'm not sure.
I used to be able to print an invoice right from my acct. and now that function has been taken away. I can't make large purchases without that info. since we have a purchasing dept.
that needs official verification.
Anyway, I can't even get an answer from using the contact form and now they will be losing 5K per year in sales. I can't make large purchases through such an un-professional website.

Verified BuyerThey would not honor a 60% off coupon that the employees told me that I had a have printed,,
I had to go out of the store go find a UPS store so I could have this coupon printed out which cost me five dollars, and I brought it back to the pet warehouse in shirley ny,And the girls decided they didnt want to give me the 60% off, they called their boss he talk to me on the phone and asked me what I was buying, when I told him dog food he refused to let me use my 60% Off coupon, The two girls working in the store was very rude, I dont like going to the store but I had no choice today. But I will never go back never ever, and many of my family members will not go back. So its false advertisement on your petwarehouse.com coupon site,I will be calling BBB, am I putting this on yelp,

Back order item that I was charged for
I ordered cat food . I was charged for the cat food before it shipped, then received a back order notice.
I am not upset and thought I was on your private website. Just trying to get in touch someone
Online orders are not fulfilled
I placed an order via website on August 13th it was August 31 and the order still wasn't shipped. They claimed FedEx never picked up the packages.
I had no other choice but to cancel the order.
Do not order from the website, you will never get your order. Horrible online service!!

Delivery incomplete- missing additional items CCOUNT NOT CREDITED as specified in your email
No one answers on the phone line that handles on-line orders. I received a delivery, and ordered items were not included in the delivery.
My account was not credited for missing items. Your company will be reported to Deptartment of Consumer Affairs.

I received the completely wrong order,3 days ago from this company and received a phone call saying that they knew about their mistakes. Haven't heard anything back yet about my products

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Refund only after I filed fraud complaint. Lie upon lie..
I placed an order for 2 fountain pumps. They sent me an email that my order was being processed but my card would not be charged until the items shipped. The website still says that the order is still being processed but not sent. I was charged on 8/12/2020. This was NOT the authorization that the company claims. This was an actual charge.
They do not answer emails. They do not answer the contact form. They do not answer the phone. The Yelp page doesn't work. I have filed a complaint and refund with charge card.
After I filed the complaint, there was a flurry of activity from them. First they said in an email that the item had been discontinued (then I should not have been charged) and I would be refunded (hmm).
Then a few moments later, they sent another email WITH A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT STORY. This stated that the item was merely delayed. They can't even get their story straight.
Remember NOTHING FROM THIS COMPANY UNTIL I FILED A DISPUTE WITH CAPITAL ONE. Then they couldn't respond fast enough. Too bad they can't be trusted.
If the item had been delayed or discontinued, it was their duty to notify me. THEIR POLICY STATES THAT THE CARD IS NOT CHARGED UNTIL ACTUAL SHIPMENT. LIE! LIE! LIE!
