Pay a bill

I called to see why there was such a long delay in refunding the money I am owed through Pets Best. My vet visit and Bill was from mid February. In my mind there is no reason for any insurance company to take 30 days or longer to pay the customer what he or she is owed. The excuse I was given on the phone was that you had a very large number of claims at the same time. If thats the case, then perhaps you need to hire more staff. I should be able to pay my credit card bill within one months time, and I cannot do that if you are late in sending me what Pets Best owes me.

No customer service at Bestpets

I had an accident policy for 4 years with no claims. I tried to add another dog policy because you get a 7 percent discount. i emailed and called for 2 days and nothing. When I called it would ring once and silence. I left a message after bossiness hours and heard nothing back for 4 days. Now i cant cancel without disputing with my credit card company. there are no links on the website to do so. I tried everything but snail mail. If i cant get help with giving them business how can they take care of a claim ?
