I decided to cancel my pets' insurance because what I'm paying in isn't balancing out with what I'm getting. I've been calling since Monday to try and cancel, but I keep getting an 'Office is Closed' recording.
I can't even get a hold of them online via email or text. They are also using an expired debit card to keep getting funds out of my account.

I continue to wait to receive some form of communication from you regarding the following claims which have been in appeals since January. My understanding is you will respond to my email within 72 hours.
This is the THIRD time Ive emailed in as many weeks. Ive also been on the phone for the past few weeks with claims. No one can talk to me because its an appeal question. Theres no phone number for appeals, only email.
And no response from you via email. I feel like my inquiries are being ignored and at this point Ill be reaching out to your corporate office and seeking legal counsel.
Ive provided ALL the information you requested and paid monthly for Abby since their policy started, as well as for my 3 other pets. Abbys event was NOT caused by a pre-existing condition as stated by her physician/surgeon at Blue Cross Animal.

Claims Denied blaming pre-existing conditions
This is the WORST pet insurance company. STAY AWAY from them.
Every single claim has been a nightmare. They blame everything on pre-existing condition clause even when your veterinary has written a letter to state the injury is unrelated.
I have 4 pending claims denied. They deny in whole if they think it's related to a preexisting condition. My pet was seen in one appointment for two different issues.
Instead of paying for what WAS and SHOULD be covered they claimed all of it as a preexisting condition.
I'm suing. Their practices are bad faith insurance.

Why have I been charged for something I don't need? Provide me with explanation for this and a full refund.
I cannot explain this further without being belligerent. All I am asking is for a refund for two charges within 2days and a chance to not be bothered by having to put in 100 symbols in order to have my message and explanation delivered.

It is a scam. My dog needed surgery in March 2021.
It took me until May 2021 to get someone on the phone. They will not reply to emails and their comment section on their website does not work. They used covid as a reason to not respond.
However, they are still able to pull their monthly premium out of my bank. A pyramid scheme for sure

Pay a bill
I called to see why there was such a long delay in refunding the money I am owed through Pets Best. My vet visit and Bill was from mid February.
In my mind there is no reason for any insurance company to take 30 days or longer to pay the customer what he or she is owed. The excuse I was given on the phone was that you had a very large number of claims at the same time.
If thats the case, then perhaps you need to hire more staff. I should be able to pay my credit card bill within one months time, and I cannot do that if you are late in sending me what Pets Best owes me.
No customer service at Bestpets
I had an accident policy for 4 years with no claims. I tried to add another dog policy because you get a 7 percent discount.
i emailed and called for 2 days and nothing. When I called it would ring once and silence. I left a message after bossiness hours and heard nothing back for 4 days. Now i cant cancel without disputing with my credit card company.
there are no links on the website to do so.
I tried everything but snail mail. If i cant get help with giving them business how can they take care of a claim ?
